A Friendship of Hope

You are my world that much is clear

Everything you do, I hold dear

It is our friendship I will always cherish

Loving, caring, giving with the hope it will not parish

Times we have talked with hours on end

Getting to know each other to strengthen being friends

It is your heart I sit beside

No I will not run and hide

You are special to me more than you know

God I wish that it would show
