In the "aftermath" of the east coast earthquake I missed a flight. The airline counter person had me rebooked and checked in in less than 3 minutes. Would you write a letter to the company telling them about the great service? I managed to write her name down and have a letter drafted I just need to figure out who to send it to. I'd like to hear what you would do. |
