If it were you, what would YOU do??
I have an opportunity to move out of state (me and my kids) for a wonderful nursing program.....problem.....my ex has partial custody of my children although I retain full guardianship, he is FURIOUS and says he will fight me with all he has to stop me, even though I have told him that "I" would drive the kids up here every other weekend and every other holiday! My question is this: Should I fight him in the courts and HOPE that they will not stop me from acheiving this opportunity, or should I give up and look for something closer? Money isn't an issue in this, I have financial backers that will help me should I need them! The opportunity is one that is possibly a once in a lifetime thing as they have offered to help with living arrangements and all that!!!
So, what would YOU do?? |
