For those of you, who like me, love to eat, and usually find the results of it in a bigger butt in your pants....I usually fluctuate up and down within a 20 pound range because I am a grazer. I like to always be eating something. And depending on what my grazing choices are depends if I am at the high end or the low end of the 20 pound range of fatness I allow myself.
Just a tip of something I do when I am trying to get the bloat and fatness down....Graze on DRY froot loops and honeycomb cereal. They are both sweet, yet very low in fat. Both taste good and you can eat on a big ole bowl of it when you are watching a movie like popcorn, just with no milk. You can graze on it alot and not have to feel guilty for it.
Also frosted and honey nut cheerios are good dry for grazing also.
Beats the heck out of my first choice of ice cream or cheetos. LOL.
