| Well, when I was in the Corps, I had some "six-pack abs"...not the case now but since having my 5th child, it has taken me longer to get back to my normal size. What is a great way to get back into shape? There are a lot of exercise machines out there and not sure which one to spend my money on. I don't want to buy a bunch of "stuff". Which should I try? DVD exercise video or some kind of Ab exercise machine? |
