| I excepted an offer to buy my mobile home. I owe about $3000 more on it. It was offered to me NMD (no money down) at 0% interest. I want to restore it and make it really nice then turn around and either sell it or keep it as a "vacation" home. The only problem is that my stb ex lives 2 trailer spaces away from me. Should I sell it as is after I finish paying for it or fix it up? |
