THE OLD MASTERS WAGES I meet a dear old man today Who wore a Masonic pin, It was old and faded like the man Its edges were worn quite thin I approached the park bench where he sat To give the old brother his do I said, I see youve traveled east He said, I have, have you I said, I have and in my day Before the all seeing sun I played in the rubble with Jubala Jubilo and Jubalum He shouted, dont laugh at the work my son Its good and sweet and true And if youve traveled as you said You should give these thing a due. The word, the sign, the token The sweet Masonic prayer The vow that all have taken Who have climbed the inner stair. The wages of a Mason Are never paid in gold But the gain comes from contentment When youre week and growing old. You see Ive carried my obligations For almost fifty years It has helped me through the hardships And the failures full of tears. Now Im losing my mind and my body Death is near but I dont despair Ive lived my life upon the level And Im dying upon the square. Sometimes the greatest lessons Are those that are learned anew And the old man in the park today Has changed my point of view. To all Masonic brothers The only secret is to care May you live upon the level. May you part upon the square.

Well so went on my first date since being single. I was a little nervous, its been a while sorry. Took her to Chili's and I hate to admit this, but i excused myself in time to make it to the front door and barf up the food. Needless to say she didnt see it but im sure others did. Well cleaned myself up, recovered my breath. Thank God 4 gum. Took her to see the movie: Cause I said so. For a chick flick guys, it was good. Funny, it was...yes(yoda) anyways, all in all it was a good night and course I did all the gentleman duties of opening doors, and so forth. Oh and guys sorry no didnt do the nookie cause well I wasn't after that, didn't even kiss, just hugged. So another date is set up :) It was a swell night!

Well this be my first blog on this thing. Alas, a friend invited me over here and must agree much better then myspace!!! ok so about me. Im a single dad, have two girls whom I love to death, they are my little angels, my world. The wife and I called it quits well becuase she thought another guy was better, not really gonna put it out there so ill leave it at that. Im a military veteran, a master mason, and a civil war reenactor. I live in Colorado. Enjoy life very much. Like everything from country to limited rap. I like rock most of all though. forgot to mention...interested in ghost :)
