If I seem a little distant, or distracted... If I seem like I'm depressed and sad... 1 of my son's is in a 2-6 month psychiatric placement. Yes it's best for him right now. I tell myself that everyday, it doesn't make it any easier to see him struggle through life... My fianances will will be strapped but if it's best it's best... He doesn't like being there any more than I like having to do the tough love thing. In so many ways I feel guilty, yet in reality I shouldn't it's all part of the disorders that he has... I wanna cry everytime I go see him, I just want to bring him home and tell him it will be ok... but right now he needs to be where he is, learning coping skills and how to manage his meds without me. For his future, I'd much rather see him in 6 months of treatment than a lifetime in prison for something he didn't know how to cope with. So just bear with me through the tough times and know that my smile is a little reluctant right now... I don't need people making demands on me or trying to tell me what to do, because I'm already doing 1 of the hardest things I've had to do in my life...

Things have been really hectic around here lately... I had to hospitalize 1 of my boys on friday, and not sure when the dr will release him to come home... Family meetings at the hospital later today, I'm not gonna be worth a damn emotionally. 1 of the main people I talked to for work, passed away on saturday, the funeral is later tonight, so I will be in Indiana at the services... Trying to cope with both of these issues doesn't make life any easier, specially when all you could really use is a hug...

Chocolate IceCream C reamy, smooth...decadent H eartly delicious O h, My mouth waters C runchy nuts over velvety smooth cocoa O n my tongue does melt L usciously sweet and satifying! A treat on a Summer's Day T astefully divine E ating it, savoring the rich texture I cycles on my tongue form C reamy smooth it tastes down my throat E nticingly delicious...I crave for more! C hocolate ice cream, my Delight R avenous I am for some, I'll.. E arn my money to buy some more A and feed my chocolate ice-cream frenzy! M MMM! What can possibly take the place of Chocolate Ice-cream..You tell me!!!

Chocolate Ice Cream 2 oz Unsweetened chocolate 1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa pwdr 1 1/2 c Milk 2 Large eggs 1 c Sugar 1 c Whipping cream 1 t Vanilla extract 1.Melt the unsweetened chocolate on top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. Gradually whisk in the cocoa and heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. (The chocolate may "seize" or clump together. Don't worry, the milk will dissolve it.) Whisk in the milk, a little at a time, and heat until completely blended. Remove from the heat and let cool. 2. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream and vanilla and whisk to blend. 3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cream mixture and blend. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 1 to 2 hours, depending on your refrigerator. 4. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions. Makes 1 quart.

I started making all natural soap and stuff again. My sister has really been on me about getting at it since i moved here. So we decided to book into a show in november. Good time to make gifts for people. My new job is ok, but since the price of gas has risen so high i don't seem to be making any money... again the reason for starting soaping. But with the job and the time it takes me to make the soap base and then rebatch it into bars, means i don't have much time for anything else...
