| i have a neighbor who plays their music outside and LOUD all day every day. i work the night shift and have to sleep during the day. they play the music so loud i can hear it inside my own house, and it constantly gives me headaches. i want to call and make a complaint, but i am relunctant to do so because they have disabled children, and i think they play the music for the two kids. what should I do? |
