Lonely As I lay in my cold lonely bed I think of you And all the wondrous things you could do A warm body to snuggle me tight To make love to me throughout the night As the sun rises after a night of love I thank the good Lord from up above For bringing you into my life Thoughts of you remove all of my strife Walking in the morning’s sun hand in hand Helps me make it thru all that life can demand Knowing that you’re there even if not near For to me you will always be dear After a night of sweet love making I feel like I’m just taking The wonderful things that you can do The magic I feel when I look at you

As the trees bud and the grass turns green Winters last hold can be seen All around are signs of spring And all the promises it can bring The appearance of the robin is a sure sign That warmer weather is down the line Sunny days without any snow Warm rains to make flowers grow Warmer weather there is even yet As the summer heat makes us sweat Swimming pools and summer nights Thunder storms and the northern lights As falls rounds the corner it can bring chills Autumn leaves can give us all thrills Piles of leaves to run and jump through Can give children fun with all they can do Winter follows with a blast of cold It makes its stand and is quite bold Snowy days and an artic blast Makes us all wish it wouldn’t last Snow on the ground is beautiful to see Angels in the snow and being free But all that cold can go away I’m waiting for that beautiful spring day

As you arise from upon your bed You hear these words whispered from behind your head I Love you and support you in all that you do I’ll always be here to motivate you As you arise from upon your bed You hear more words whispered from behind your head I want you and need you in all that I do You start my days with faith anew

My heart kept close is all I ask Is this such an arduous task We’ll be together it’s a promise I’ll keep I dream of this each night I sleep Dreaming this in dreams that usually come true You holding me tightly close next to you Once we are finally together Our love will bind us forever

Three little words I want from you Is this something you can do Keeping me close within your heart Saying my dear we’ll never part Then our love to be assured No more loneliness to be endured I’ll say a prayer that this is true I’ll keep on dreaming of loving you
