I've been busting my ass trying to increase membership in my forum by inviting people from here, from myspace and from other forums and nobody's joined. So I'm frustrated and rightfully pissed off. 15 fucking members to this point and out of that, how many do you think have posted? Nine. And out of that, how many do you think are the most active? 2 or 3. God damnit. I don't know what else to do to get people to join and actively post. I've tried everything. Any suggestions?

As of 3:02 a.m., I finished writing a book about my life. The writing has basically consumed me for the better part of 3 years, which is how long it took me to complete it. All 14 chapters are done. I'm so fucking happy.

Actually to say I'm frustrated is an understatemebt. I've been trying to get people to join my forum, whether here, on myspace, other forums, all my friends, people I know on my IM's, asking people to invite people. All to no avail. Any suggestions? How can I get people to join and post? And those that are members, how can I get them to be more active and post as opposed to just logging in and logging out? I'm annoyed is what it is. I've been trying since February, busting my ass to make this forum successful and all I have to show for it to this point is 11 members. What the fuck am I doing wrong in recruiting new members?
