Something has stuck in my head pretty much all morning. WHen I went to register for school, one of the men doing the registration made a comment on a patch I had on my jeans wich was a rebel flag. Wasn't big or anything no words on it. Just covering a hole. He said many people here would be offended by it, and hoped I would not chose to wear it during the school year. Well I respected his feelings and said ok. Well in his classroom I did notice a saying he had " Winners never quit, and quiters never win. Should that be something positive to have in a school? So my question is:
Should I tell him I find this offensive to me
or
No point stooping to his level
I guess my point is u can't always win, so at some point you have to stop in their eyes would that be quiting? |
