My 4 year old daughter started tee-ball last week. I am coaching her team. Well come to find out alot of shit has changed since I was in tee-ball. NO ONE wins. it is a draw every game. What the hell does this teach my kids?
This teaches my child, that no matter how hard she tries, how much she practices, how much better than the others she is, that she is simply average. What if we didn't want any ones feelings hurt in school, should we give them all C's?
THis angers me to no end, it teaches the lazy kids also , that it is okay to do nothing, cuz you will get the same results. Okay I am all heated again, so what do you think? Is this right so no ones feelings get hurt, or is it a pile of crap?
