Having Thanksgiving at my house this year. First time to ever cook a big bird. Was told that a great way to do it is in a brown bag. Looked up how to do it on the net, and everything I have read says that the brown bags you get at the grocery store are made from recycled paper, and that it could be toxic. Can you buy brown bags to bake in? I know you can get the clear roasting bags.
But anyway - should I:
A. Bake it in a grocery bag and poison my family (don't worry - my kids will be gone at their dad's)
Or
B. Find an alternative way
