| Well, soda really isn't good for you, but it sure tastes good when you need a quick quench of thirst. The ingredients on a can of Pepsi are: carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, sugar, phosphoric acid, caffeine, citric acid, and Natural flavors. What the heck is a "natural flavor"? Would you put this stuff in your body knowing what is really in it or would you pick another carbonated beverage like Sierra Mist? Aren't these sodas all the same? |
