mum expired. [EVERYONE]

I recently caught my 16 yr old son smoking pot in the house. This is the second time that he's been caught, the other time out of the house.
So for punishment, he's grounded til the end of the quarter(six weeks), can only go to school and work, I removed the door to his room(that is where he was smoking it), and he's limited to homework on the computer.

Should I have done more?
