| I work for an answering service and you would not believe the stuff people call in and want after hours. I don't think people even know what an answering service is for. We don't have alot of info about the company we are given directions that tells us what the company wants. Sometimes we don't even have anyone to contact after hours we just fax calls over for the next business day. But my question is why would you call in the middle of the night a doctors office and say can I make an appt? are you just bored? or do you really think you can? |
