Customer Service goes TWO ways... you can't expect to get good customer service, if you aren't a good customer to begin with. If you come in screaming and irrate, don't expect to get treated with respect. No one has any right to verbally assult another individual over your bad day. No one has any right to intimidate, threaten or assult someone who is just doing their job. No one likes it when you get up in someones face with clenched fists and screaming at them, when all they are trying to do is calm you dowm. This is BAD behavior, and the customer service agent shouldnt have to put up with it.
