| Alright. Say that you own a business and one of the critiors for hiring someone is that they do not have a criminal record. You hire a new person and they work for you for over 3 yrs. Then one day while doing background checks on your employees your find the employees history. Knowing that he/she lied to get the job. Would you use his/her record to terminate them? Or would you go by the hard work and dedication he/she has shown and allow them to stay with your company. |
