..*** Rusty is relying on your help !!!!***
“Rusty” is a 6-7 year old male cocker spaniel that was found wandering the streets scared & neglected. His coat was completely matted from head to toe and he had some obvious medical issues. He is now safe & sound at the Stratford Animal Shelter. He was groomed and brought to the veterinarian where he was treated for ear & eye infections. Due to years of neglect he needs to have surgery on his eyes & major dental work. The cost is estimated to be $1300.00. He is a sweet & friendly dog who needs to have this work done to become healthy, comfortable & adoptable.
