I have a very poetic mind and for a long time writing was my number one way to release stress and get a better perspective on the things at hand but I have found that all my best works come when I am depressed or angry and i have tried to force my writing and it didnt come out very well. so to make this a mumm my question is this.

Should I keep trying to write all the time OR only write as a way to relieve stress?
