| Hi all. First off, I work at a bead store. We make jewelry and what not. Anyways, I was told today by my coworker/friend that the old owner of the bead store was bashing me and talking shit about me to my boss who purchased the store from her over two years ago. There were a couple incidents that occurred involving me where one was that a friend of mine would bring his daughter into the bead store and expect me to watch her and he wouldn't even tell me he was coming. I invited him to bring her once only to make a bracelet and he took it as he could bring her every time i was there and he would just sit there and I would have to watch her. I was too nice and it got out of control and I handled it by telling him not to bring his daughter into the bead store anymore. This was over a month ago. The old owner did not know the whole story of what was happening nor did she ask me about it. She told my boss that I was letting the little girl destroy the store which was not true. I was trying to do damage control when the little girl was there. The old owner said some other things that were shitty and I feel as if she has a vendetta against me. She has always been a bitch to me from day one. So anything I do is scrutinized. I felt as if she was purposefully trying to get me fired. So what I am asking is this... |
