Another NFL weekend is in the books and I finished Week 8 with an OK but not great 8 5 record. My wife, who picked for a second straight week, had a slightly better week than last week with 5 of the 13 games correct. Hopefully, as the season continues, her record will continue to improve. Washington Redskins at Atlanta Falcons The Redskins are coming off a much needed bye week. Unfortunately, I don't think that week off was enough to correct all the issues they are having this season. Falcons win.

Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears This should be an interesting match up considering the Bears are undefeated at home and the Cardinals have yet to lose on the road. I'm going to give the edge to the home team. Bears win.

Green Bay Packers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers Here's an interesting fact for those who might question Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers' toughness. The most former starter Brett Favre has ever been sacked in a given season is 40 times (in 1996). Rodgers has been sacked 31 times in 7 games and is still standing. Packers win.
