So when I get frustrated
There is a trick that I like to do
And now my friends
I will share it with you
I bury my head deep into a pillow
And I scream and shout
With complete abandon
I find that this releases
Some of my pent up tension
Or I stand in the shower
For over a hour
Resting my head against the wall
And as the tears silently fall
I can feel the pain
Being washed down the drain
Cleansing me as it runs away
Giving me the strength and courage
To fight on for another day
Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake:
1 cup of skim milk
2 scoops of Dutch Chocolate Balance Shake -
1 tbsp. of peanut butter
1 banana
4,6 ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a blender, and enjoy!
