Had to get this down before I can't get it any more. Never felt like this before, feels like my mind is being pulled by other minds all over the world. The above song is the closest I can get to a description, except for the comfortably numb part, this is defenitely not comfortable and definitely not numb.
It is like the part when he sings:

and that is just part of it
but actually it feels more like the part at the beginning when he is sitting there staring at a tv with nothing on it, cigarette burnt down to his fingers, just a total space case not there, not aware.
