My home state of New Jersey has become the first state to eliminate the death penalty. I'm split on this decision. I think that there are certain criminals who deserve to death (rapist, molesters...etc).But I also have my doubt about the government. The police and the country's D.A. are earning the rep of fabricating cases against honest people just to look tough. I don't trust them.

What do you thing. Are you for and against the penalty? Or are you somewhere in the middle? Comment and give me your opinion.
