Four nights ago a woman took her 16 month old granddaughter with her to the store. The child was not restrained in a car seat or a seat belt. The child opened the car door and fell out the car, onto a heavily traveled road here in Jefferson Parish. The child was hit by one car and then run over by another. A Jefferson Parish police officer witnessed the whole thing. He drove his police car into traffic intentionally hitting two other cars to stop them from running the little girl over. She is in serious condition in the hospital last I heard.
Honestly do you think you would have the BALLS to drive into traffic traveling at 45 mph.? |
