On 9/26/09 at 7:54 p.m., Joshua M. Webster, 20, of 340 Green Road, Mexico, was arrested for Forcible Touching, a class A misdemeanor, after he was accused of riding by a woman on his bicycle and slapping her on the buttocks as she was jogging on Hurlbutt Road. Mr. Webster was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Mexico Court on 10/13/09.

Aw...man. What should happen to this kid?
