My hubby bought me the most beautiful mini weiner dog when we were in Georgia a few weeks ago. The puppy is so sweet but am pulling my hair out trying to get him trained to potty on potty paper I bought at the pet store.
It is very cold outside and he will not potty out there, but waits until he gets back in the house to let loose.
Should I lightly swat him for going on the floor??
or
Should I just hold him on the paper when I know he has to go??
Advice please??
