I can feel that familiar chill on my neck
Reminding me I’m still alive…still human
It seems that I’m waiting, to scared to breathe
So afraid to share any part of myself with the world
But then, the smell of her hair…
The touch of her skin…
And that look so deep and penetrating about her eyes…
Sends me flying each and every time
Has she always been inside me like this?
Maybe I just didn’t realize she was there
But now that I know…
