This quick and easy dinner has it all: meat veggies, flavoring and rice.
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped coarsely
1 garlic clove, minced
3 Tbs. chili powder
1 C. frozen corn
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 C. instant rice
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1 1/2 C. water
Directions
Brown hamburger and onion and garlic. Drain any fat. Add back to pan, add remaining ingredients. Put lid on pan over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Will thicken as cooks.
