| OK, tried this last year but got sick, I've lost 5 lbs this last week.Started walking 2 miles a day. Very intent on doing this, Leaving for Las vegas Feb. 17 need to be down at least 30 lbs to be able to walk around with out being in Knee pain. Don't want to let husband down again this year,last year got sick and couldn't walk alot. Doctor says will need double knee replacement soon If I don't lose weight.Can go 5 or more years if I do. And please serious replies only. I know I'm fat. Now I need real help and encouragement.. ty. of question do u have a suggestion |
