woke up this morning...
picked up my head a lil to the right to see what time it was and got this really sharp pain in my neck all the way to my shoulder..down my arm just a lil bit.
since than haven't been able to move my neck to the right. every time i move it the wrong way..i get that sharp agonizing pain.
it was really bad at first but now it's not as bad. i can move it lil by lil to the right. still get that pain. it hurts but i'm dealing with it. tryin to make it where i can move my head freely. i know don't over due it..might do something worse. no worries i'm being careful. and handling the pain. no pain no gain. right. i mean if i don't i might as well stay this way. also taking some tylenol(sp?) yea idk what that's doing. lol
can't see a doctor till 2 days. and by than it might be gone. so i'm jus dealing with it.
just letting ya'll know since i haven't been on today till now. been laying down all day. it sucks just laying there. if i sleep to much i get headaches and that just add to the retardedness.
haven't even eaten either and it's 4pm..lol
stupid neck. neways i won't be on much today..or tomorrow. we'll see..gotta take care of myself. so don't miss me to much.

update: july 2
so yesterday sucked. i did put heat on it most of the day. thought it was getting better for awhile. but than it just started all over again with the sharp pains. and rather go to bed like that i decided to go to the emergency room.
they gave me a shot and a pill. muscle relaxr and pain killer. doc prescribed me more. and told me not to be in the same position for long periods of time. so gotta keep moving round.
i feel sore and a lil bit better..just need to relax and take it easy the next few days.
wont be on here as much. just wanted to give ya the update. so i won't be at the computer. probably make it worst.
