Hello all,
A lot of you have been wondering where I have been and what has been going on. I've always claimed myself to be a man of the people. Something I haven't been much of lately. So here is the deal...
First off, my biggest issue has been my internet connection out here. Lately, it has been active for just a couple of hours per day and usually when I'm at work. Which pisses me off because I pay for this fucking internet and I never get to use it. It's hard for me to be around if I have no means of getting here.
Secondly, I have been extremely busy lately as well. I havent let the cat out of the bag yet but friends and family... My unit's deployment in Iraq has been extended. So, I'm going to be out here for a bit longer than originally planned. On top of that, I'm moving from my safe haven little area to a much more dangerous area. They tell us we'll be in the "safest" dangerous area so you can take that for what you will. Honestly, I have no clue what that means nor does it make me feel any better. It also will prevent me from using the internet almost at all so don't expect me to be around a lot. I will get on and respond when I can. You know I love you guys and I could never just leave you out in the cold for very long.
In other news... Along with the stress of my career my personal life is also not going very well. I am getting a divorce from my wife, Selina. I won't go into details about it for privacy sakes but the process will start once I return from Iraq (whenever that might be).
So yea, I have not been in a very good mood for the last couple of weeks which is why I have been distant to many of you. It's nothing personal, like I said, I love you guys. I've just hit a rough spot and I'm fighting my way through it right now.
So there you have it... I'm off to do some more packing and get some sleep. Take care and I will catch you all when I have the chance.
