Hey there.
So some ppl on here I've known for ages. Some are personal friends. Some are old classmates from school. Some are new ppl I've met on here back when it was still LostCherry. Some are ppl that I've met in person and became good friends with. A couple have even been lovers. Here is a quick)but probably long) background about me.....
I'm about to turn 30...OMG! Yes I said 30 years old! Sept 4th is dooms day so make sure you bring out the black clothing and violins that day.
I just signed papers to end my 10 year marriage. There were a lot of factors that went into the end of my marriage. It makes me extremely sad to think that we were not able to work things out and to correct things that could of been fixed but we were on different pages at different times. We have two little girls and if nothing else that was by far the best thing that came of this marriage.
My ex and I still remain friends. We have a pretty decent relationship all things considered. And peace is my number concern for the girls more than anything else.
I'm a leasing agent. I rent newer, I guess you can say "higher end" apartments. For the most part I like my job. And I think I might actually be really good at it too. I guess its because
I'm very much a "real" person and I try to make others feel comfortable and I don't push any decisions on them like traditional sales do.
Ok so for those that do not know me and maybe a few that do but have never really known here are some stupid facts about me that you may or may not want to know....
I love to laugh, I'm easily entertained and I have a high tolerance for nonsense when it is in a laughable manner.
Ok in that same breathe...I HATE STUPID PEOPLE! I can't handle lack of common sense. It annoys the hell out of me and I want to kick people in the head when I hear really stupid things.
I can dish it out like you wouldn't believe. I love to joke around. I love to be sarcastic. Although here is the catch...I have a hard time receiving it back. If I have a flaw, trust me I'm fully aware of it already and I will always be tougher on myself than anyone will ever be on me. And there is no way in hell I want anyone to point that out. :P
The simple things in life make me happy. Although I do like to be spontaneous and just go do something or decide in the middle of the night to go on a weekend trip. Flowers can make me happy, so can a nice little stroll.
I think I'm funny. I think there maybe only a hand-full of ppl that think the same but oh well I make myself laugh. :P However, if you were to see me and not talk to me you would never know it. I have been told I come off as snobby and stuck up by many of ppl before they got to know me. But I am honestly the biggest dork ever!
I like to try to take care of myself and dress the best I can on my budget. I like glamor. I'm not overly trendy, I just can't pull it off. And ppl compliment me all the time on my dress and they say stuff like, "OMG did you get those shoes at Nordstrom's those are so cute!" I'm not too proud to smile and say, "NO actually I only paid $17 for them at Target!" It makes me laugh every time. There faces are always shocked but they try to smile then say something stupid like,"oh I went to Target once they have the best plastic shower curtains there. " or something to that effect.
Ok I grew up in a small town. I get small town mentality but I hate it with a passion. Closed minds and ignorance is not something I like to tolerate.
Ok random shit...this is when it gets fun! Oh and btw this is just going to be just one long as paragraph don't mind my poor spelling and bad grammar...
I wish I had a dog named Boo. He's a chocolate lab and a faithful companion but I have no place for a dog nor do I have time to take care of him. So, I have a cat named Tiger that smells like shit half the time but he is like Boo but only more dependent or so they say but I think Tiger may be part dog. I can be picky at times. But don't worry, I normally won't force it on you. I am not scared of much. My families health and happiness is my biggest concern. You cannot tell me anything that might surprise me... really! And if you do, I will not judge you, cuz whatever you have to say, I have probably thought about it too or did it. Empathy is Queen. I am totally impressed with anyone's emotional bravery in the form of vulnerability and how much you may have seen. I am also totally impressed with people that do not give a fuck what anyone thinks....I wish I was more like that and I am slowly getting there. Men that can take care of situations without me having to ask....women that can step up and show up any man and take the lead rocks! Boys that can pin me into a corner really is a turn on. A man that isn't afraid to kiss me. Wrestling *PEOPLE'S ELBOW!!* around is fun and kinda kinky. Again, I am into glamour and fashion...but I cannot fit into anything high fashion, so I talk a lot of shit about it. I have a sense of humor and I can make fun of myself. In high school to entertain myself I took a friend to the grocery store and started acting like I was really hungry and had no money. He was embarrassed to no end but I still find it amusing to this day. I like funny stories and I like to tell them. Also a smile and a great laugh is my biggest turn on. A man that is kind and takes a genuine interest in my children is my hero. A man that actually thinks of others and their feelings thinking before doing things ranks high with me also. I know this is all over the place, I apologize, I hope you can follow along! :P Ohhh... I love coffee, good conversation and ROLLERSKATING BABY! Oh yeah! I said rollerskating! I haven't done it forever but I hate to say this but I'm pretty damn good. I think that is it for now. Maybe I'll add more someday...
