| Ok so I have been at my job over a year now and a position opened up for a second time that I wanted to get. The first time I applied for it I was told I didn't get it because the other girl had more seniority than me. This time a girl who has been there for 3 months got the position over me. She only wanted it to go back to school but she also only has 3 months of school to go through to get her lpn. So does it make sense to hire someone with less experience and is going to quit after they are done with schooling instead of hiring someone who has more experience and plans on staying on for a year or more? |
