Ok Thpought I share what my Priority of Purchasing bling is:

1) Le Bling for AP and PUs, if no PUs then I pass unless, I have a bit of credits burning a hole.

2) any bling that gets me more PUs that doesn't require me to spend more than 250credits, unless I have a bit of credits burning a hole.

3) I collect any of the above bling and any other that have AP, when I do HH and famp and peeeps want to buy in. 

4) those of bling that have no AP or PUs attached to them I buy rarely.

The main reason to maximize my dollar to PUs. I avoid buying PUs unless I have a huge need for them.
