I've heard that animals, i.e. dogs and cats, are more aware of electromagnetic eminations from the spirit world.

I've got a dog that will stare intently into space or at a wall, perking up her ears from time to time as if she's listening. When she does this I get the distinct impression that she sees and hears someone I don't. I don't believe in ghosts but the dog is really starting to creep me out.
