As I sit here dazed and confused
Wondering why time and time again it's my emotions being abused
My instinct is always to trust from the start
But why does it seem some men feel it's ok to mess with a woman's heart?
Into a thousand pieces my hearts been torn
Too many times my heart has been scorned
From what I thought was love
