STORMY SEAS
Rough, angry, and stormy seas
Ones where ships should never be
Tremendous waves and blowing gales
Breaking hulls and tearing sails
Why would ships wander on such a night
When hurricane winds blow with such might
Crashing waves and driven rain
Taking lives and causing pain
(2-17-88)
Sharp, dark, and jagged rocks
Taking lives like a leper's pox
Spliting wood and crushing hull
Cackling like a dead man's skull
Try as you might you cannot flee
The suffocation of the cold sea
so among the gasps and the groans
Say "HELLO" to Davey Jones
