Angel With Honor

Angel With Honor by AngelofLove He came to me from out of the heavens, As I was standing alone. My heart so heavy and ladden with fears, The road ahead of me so long. His words rang so true, They swept my tears away. He comforted me, cared for me, Made me complete, He showed me the way. Honor was his light, Peace was his strength, Happiness was his goal, Love is my reward. Although we have just begun, Time will take us on this journey, Hand in hand we will explore, All God meant us to know. First step being the hardest, That one we have made. Our journey we are beginning, Our destination unknown. Honor being our guide, Peace being our strength, Happiness being with us, Love our reward.

In A Perfect World

In A Perfect World by Rose They met one night in a crowded room He spoke, she responded Polite banter at first Neither realizing That destiny had begun to loom So many similarities So many interests shared Too many to be coincidence Neither of them cared With every question asked A new layer was revealed Two souls reunited Their fate already sealed A smile, a laugh Words unspoken They knew if not careful Hearts would be broken Their fire burned white- hot from the first No time to waste, so much to say An unquenchable thirst "In a perfect world" he'd gently say And she'd sigh And the time would keep slipping away.

Love On The Internet

Love On The Internet by Dove Though I wasn't looking for anyone new, One day I got e- mail and in it was you. Charming, sensitive and so debonair, I strongly resisted it go anywhere. But letters and stories captured my heart, Filled me with passion almost from the start. Love on the Internet, how could it be? These things just don't happen to people like me. But doves and butterflies flew into our lives, Carrying messages we could not deny. Each person has meaning and love to express, And we could deny our hearts nothing less. It's a beautiful love that has grown between us, Something beyond any words we discuss. Much deeper than LOL, cyber kisses and such, Far down to our souls, beyond human touch. My love's not confined by what it can see, I feel you, I taste you, I experience your dream. Close my eyes, and I envision what in my heart I can hear, "Love knows no boundaries, no distance, no fear." It's the soul that captures God's love in a way That eternally melts hearts together to stay. Fused and sealed forever as one, Love has its way and new life is begun.

Drying Your Tears

Drying Your Tears by Ruth Kephart Tear drops fall from your blue eyes and my heart stops a beat at their sight. I pull you close to me, try to take the pain from you, make it my own. My cheek lays against yours and your tears burn my face as I whisper, "Darling, it will be all right." My tears blend with your own, your pain now mine, and our tears become one as they fall in rivers on the sheets. I dry your tears with kisses, soft upon your face, shelter you from pain in the recesses of my love. Our bed becomes a chalice and we drink in each others sorrow, finding salvation in each other's arms; pain washed away giving rise to passion 'till we forget there ever were tears.

The Last Letter To Be

The Last Letter To Be by A Peel I exist now dreaming in reality, shades of deep reds and grays, Evolving at the speed of light As my third eye sees all, I bring my fingers to my lips and time stops I taste you. I ponder you and wallow in the memory of your scent and way. How you called me baby The way you made me laugh The way you touched my heart and made me believe Unable to stop, it seems too wonderful, but in the end there is not much but pain. I allow this for some time, then I awake and know that I am alive and the possibilities are endless. Wanting you to taste my soul and undeniably know that I am the one and we are one to conquer happiness together, unimaginably, the way you knew that we could and will if you say one word, Yes! Your fear. Your ego. Your pride. They protect and also hurt you, keeping you from what is rightfully yours, Love. If I had your heart again? Oh, the way I would touch it, nurture it and protect it My most sacred gift God wants what I want, he trusts me and knows my light is pure as he does you. Say the word once. The heavens will open up and the angels will sing in our praise Because we chose. Please don't be afraid, I am always here for you. I Love You.
Wedding Poem - Yesterday, Today And Tomorrow by Kit McCallum Cherished are the memories that Brought us to this day, For yesterday, was just a dream ... A wish to contemplate. A fantasy where in my mind, A fleeting glimpse I'd see ... A vision of the true desires I longed for endlessly. And when I dreamed, I did not know The love I'd feel today; The height of my true feelings, And the depths they would portray. And if I had one wish today, A simple wish t'would be ... Is that the love we feel this moment, Lasts eternally. Reality has merged now As you stand here by my side; And as I join your hand in mine, My heart does fill with pride. For as I pledge my love to you, I see in many ways, Reflections of my love for you Are mirrored in your gaze. And by our presence here today, And for the love we share, I thank you for our yesterdays That brought us to be here. But more than this, I vow to you, My wishes yet to come ... Tomorrow's dreams and fantasies, This day that we are one. Tomorrow's an adventure That we'll share together now; Our future's intertwined forever, Through this holy vow. I promise to remember In the future years and days, The love I feel for you this moment ... ... Dreams fulfilled today. For in the coming years as we Move on, and reminisce, Back to the day I stood with you And promised with a kiss ... That blessed are the days that I have looked into your eyes, And felt the warmth and love reflect, The essence of our lives. ***** Yesterday we dreamed of what might be; Today we validate our love; And tomorrow we will cherish the life we have shared as one.

to my wife

To My Wife I can write no stately proem As a prelude to my lay; From a poet to a poem I would dare to say. For if of these fallen petals One to you seem fair, Love will waft it till it settles On your hair. And when wind and winter harden All the loveless land, It will whisper of the garden, You will understand. And there is nothing left to do But to kiss once again, and part, Nay, there is nothing we should rue, I have my beauty,-you your Art, Nay, do not start, One world was not enough for two Like me and you. by Oscar Wilde
Always remember, I love you... Always remember I love you More than words Could ever show, And I think of you always- Much more than You could know And now until forever, Always remember this too, There's no one I could ever love More than I LOVE YOU! by Mikki Shuler

God's Garden

God's Garden God looked around his garden and found an empty place he then looked down upon the earth and saw her tired face he knew her road was getting rough that the hills were too hard to climb he knew she'd never get well on earth again so he kissed her cheek and held her in his arms he closed her weary eyelids then tenderly wispered "PEACE BE THINE" and laid her down to rest Gods garden must be beautiful for he ONLY takes the best however she didn't go alone for a part of me went with her the day god called her home!!!
