| Well i just got home from work. I had a real bad night, i about told my manager where to go. I work at a card and party store, there was just me and my manager working. it is our companys policy that if there are more than 3 people in line you are to call for a back up. Well i started calling for my manager because i needed money for my drawer, a few min later i started calling her because i needed register help. after calling for her about 4-5 times and now there are atleast 8-10 people in line i had to leave my register ( which is also a big no-no) to go find her. I found her in the managers office sitting with 2 of her friends talking. she finally did come up and help me. i know that if this was reversed and i didnt go when called i would get either wrote up or fired. should i talk to the store manager about this or should i just let it go? |
