Sorry for not being online lately, first off, I had to go speak at a conference that for the volunteer group that I am Co-Chair of here where I live and then the next day, I woke up at 7am out of a dead sleep in a lot of pain so at about 11am, had to go the local ER at the hospital, they took blood out of me to see what is going on and then they took me to back to the exam room finally and got a cat scan done to see what was going on, only to find out several hours later that the test came back normal and the cat scan come out normal too but ever since that day, I'm still in pain so the doctor at the ER put me on Vicodin for pain and other than that, I just have to stay off my feet since I have a pulled muscle in my side here but I will try to catch up with you all though, definitely
