Elliot’s day is filled with meetings about the upcoming undercover task force Him and His partner, Matthew Whiley, will be members of. This is a joint task force between the Narcotics, Homicide, State and Federal Federal Bureaus of Investigation. This will be head up by the Fed’s and Elliot knows this means that Matt and Him will be doing the real undercover work on the ground. Detailed preparation is required.
