Ok. About me. This is me. Like it or by all means GTFO! My name is Ryan. Everyone calls me Newman. So feel free to call me that. I live in the City of Roses: Portland, Oregon (Pdx!) I'm 6'4" (yeah, that's kinda tall) and 185 lbs. I'm kinda athletic, but not nearly as much as I would like. I am single, and it sucks. I wear my heart on my sleeve so I get hurt more often than I should. I am the nicest guy you'll ever meet (and no, there’s no such f**king thing as "your just too nice"), so if you blow it, you'll probably get another shot. But let's face it people, you shouldn't have to. I HATE fake and shallow girls. Your bullshit excuse for why your cheating, abusive insignificant other is right for you and I am wrong does NOT hold water. I have many passions in life and I'll be glad to share them with you. My faith. I love my family. My parents have been together for 26 years and they raised me right. I love my sister, my brother-in-law, and my adorable 3 year old nephew. I will love my second nephew as well, but he won’t be here until February. I absolutely love music. I have more music on my computer then most of my friends have on their I-pods....combined. I own too many CDs as well. I would love to open my own local record label. (Pdx Wrex) I go to as many concerts as I can. I have about 63 concert stubs in my possession.. But 9 times out of 10, if I wanna take a date to one of them, I get stood up. (This mainly happens if I buy their ticket in advance.) I go to a lot of punk and rawk shows. I never miss a Zebrahead show. Piercings and tats turn me on. No, really turn me on. I love to write. I'm working on a book and a screen play. Who knows where they'll go, but I hope far enough. My future career is teaching. I am an open book. Speaking of books, I read a lot of Poli-Sci books. I love to learn. Please don’t annoy me with stupidity. I love doing things outdoors depending on how the weather bends. I love a good video game. I’m a gamer. I play poker and a couple ccgs.I love a good party. I’m a licensed bartender. I have been officiating high school athletics for going on 6 years. Wanna see my paychecks? But I also love working with kids, teaching them the sports they love, and keeping them safe. There are so many more things to who I am. If there’s anything you want to know about me, drop me an add. And by all means, please add comments to my pix. They’re lonely.Oh, and I used to be very shy but I got over that. I'm still a bit shy in person, but that goes away quickly especially if we hit it off.

Video Games
Now here is something I know just a little about. For over two years now I have worked for Game Crazy. A nation wide chain of video game stores that originated right here in Oregon. I am a gamer, and I know video games and peripherals. My favorite genre of video games is the R.P.G. (Role Playing Game). Fantasy adventures. Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Phantasy Star, Seiken Densetsu (Mana series), etc. I also love F.P.S. (First Person Shooters) I prefer playing them on a P.C. because I love having a mouse, but I'll take good ones on the X-box or PS2. I also love puzzle games, mystery, and survival horror. Silent Hill is one of my favorite survival horror series of all time. I also collect old Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Playstation One games. If you have any old games you don't want any more, or are looking to ever trade them, feel free to hit me up.
Music
I go to as many concerts as humanly possible. I have a collection of ticket stubs for all the shows I attend. HOOBASTANK (The Reason is my life's anthem...just listen to the words), ZEBRAHEAD, SNOW PATROL, 800 Octane, Acceptance, AFI, Against All Authority, ALL, Allister, Anti-Flag, ANTAGEN!, Atreyu, Autopilot Off, Blink 182, Bad Religion, Chevelle, Coldplay, DHC, D.O.R.K., Fenix TX (R.I.P.), Floater, From First to Last, Further Seems Forever, Ghoti Hook, Goldfinger, Good Charlotte, Grand Theft Audio, Green Day, Home Grown, Lifehouse, Limp, Lit, Matchbook Romance, Michale Graves/Gotham Road, Misfits, Modest Mouse, MxPx, NUFAN, NoFX, Operation Ivy, OS No Doubt, Pay The Girl, Pennywise, Pulley, Ramones, Rancid, Rise Against, Riddlin' Kids, Senses Fail, Simple Plan, Slick Shoes, Snuff, Social Distortion (Mike Ness is a music legend), Strung Out, Swtichfoot, The Ataris, The Bouncing Souls, The Get Up Kids, The Killers, The Matches, The Pettit Project, The Suicide Machines, The Used, The Vandals, Thrice, Tilt, Tsunami Bomb, Underoath, Unwritten Law... And I absolutly LOVE Ska! Big D and the Kids TableCatch 22, Doc Oc, Double-Oh-Seven (Eugene Ska R.I.P.!!), FIVE IRON FRENZY (R.I.P), F.O.E., Less Than Jake, Let's Go Bolwing, Mad Caddies, REEL BIG FISH, River City Rebels, RX Bandits, Save Ferris (R.I.P.), Skaos, Skankin' Pickle, Suburban Legends, SUPERTONES (After '05 R.I.P), The Hippos (R.I.P.), The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, VOODOO GLOW SKULLS and every other ska band I've seen live (Ska Summit Forever!) And if the sheer list of bands isn't enough....the 30 gigs of music should attest to how much I love music. Christian, Classic Rock, Classical, Game Music, Hard Rock, Punk, Rap, Softer Alternative, Tekno...I *heart* music and I always will. And what's funny is that I don't play any instruments yet...I'm gonna learn the drums in due time.... ---ANTAGEN---
