| I work in a place where it's all men except three of us ladies (all on different shifts). We have a new dispatcher who was one of us to start with and decided to move to dispatch....he has taken up this power trip since he started his new position and disrespected me (by screaming at me) in front of my coworkers and customers. This fool feels women are beneath him. I filed a grievance and nothing has been done because the boss (a man) has not bothered to take action. I have been there over a year with no incidents. I get along great with everyone else there and haven't had any problems till now. My question is should i take this to the next level or leave it alone? |
