I found the Gliders to be quite handy and their are endless ways to use them. They are quite strong, for being such a small object. The suggested price is the only thing that keeps me from recommending these. I will be using the Gliders a lot in the future.2/24/13 I later found this product available for about $10.00. This makes the value much better
