surprisingly healthy tonight
french baguette with freshly made bruschetta:
toasted bread infused with evoo and rubbed with garlic
1 compari and 1 roma plum tomato diced and seeded
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 shallot minced
chopped fresh basil
balsalmic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
crab and cream cheese wontons:
10 wonton wrappers
combine crab, cream cheese, fresh chives, garlic, and a dash of steak marinade
fill the wonton wrappers with mixture than seal edges together with a lil egg wash
drop into hot veggie oil till alllls browned up
i've never made either of those before incidently....
broiled salmon steaks served with clarified garlic butter
I even made desert..which i'm way to full to eat now so it will probobly be my breakfast..
1 container fruit on the bottom raspberry yogurt
combined with 1 container of wild berry fruit on the bottom
filled the bottom of a martini glass with that..topped it with fresh cut strawberries..more yogurt mixture..another layer of strawberries..topped with whip cream
i'm feeling summer-y
