Looking back at all I missed

So many things I can not dismiss

The list is getting longer everyday

Seconds dying as their born

Choruses of life reborn

Temptations always leading me astray

Another long and lonely night

How much longer to end this fight

I just can not see to find an end

Masquerades I hide in dreams

Trying to find out what it means

My soul tries so hard to make amends

Holding on just one more day

One more time to feal this way

This is the smile of a haunted man

Trying hard to understand

Before I can extend my hand

Go ahead and blame me if you can

Broken promises or lies

Cannot escape the wretched cries

Taunts echoing from so deep inside my head

Prisoner of life bound mysteries

Hides my life behind exctasies

Pretending I don't feel like the living dead

Another night I hide this world away

I feel that it has left me all alone

Seems to slip further each and everyday

I know I need saving in so many ways

I just want to find the light that will guide me home

I just wanna go home
