| I have bright pink hair....have had for over 12 months but as i have 2 small kids and work I usually have it pulled back in a ponytail or somehow tied back out of my face. This morning i got my hair done...the whole lot, styled, cut, blowdried and straightened. Its now 2pm and in the space of now and this morning i have gone from LOVING this shaggychik style to wondering if maybe its just too over the top for this small town i live in......before now i have always copped looks because of the colour but usually accompanied with a "wow thats bright" or "i love your hair!" but because of these people who felt it necessary to giggle, point or shoot smartarse comments at me i can't help but feel just a tad insecure.....so tell me folks, IS ORIGINALITY ONLY OK IN THE BIG CITIES OR CAN I KEEP MY OOBER-ROCKIN STYLE OUT HERE IN THE STIX? keep in mind that the colour isn't new just displayed better!!!!!!! |
